Property: From Sir William Blackstone’s Commentaries;
There is no foundation in nature or in natural law, why a set of words upon parchment should convey the dominion of land.
The earth, and all things therein, are the general property of all mankind, exclusive of other beings, from the immediate gift of the creator.
Bodily labour, bestowed upon any subject which before lay in common to all men, is universally allowed to give the fairest and most reasonable title to an exclusive property therein.
Taking amounts to a declaration that he intends to appropriate the thing to his own use, it remains in him, by the principles of universal law, till such time as he does some other act which shows an intention to abandon it.
The title that is sworn under oath to look after the property of man is that of the monarch. To uphold the tenth commandment;
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.
A claim to property
Much confusion comes from titles, we inadvertently accept these without question…it’s just the way things are! But why?
Titles come with duties and obligations in return for benefits. These titles relinquish rights to property. Property is specific to the owner.
Example; to register gives away rights, parents register their children then the state has a claim to them, but as man and woman you created that life and have the highest claim to it. Let another man or woman stand and deny that.
Once we see and understand that we have the highest claim to our property we can give notice to protect it, this has the effect of setting the law on our property according to our wishes.
How are we deceived?
Have a look at your Birth Certificate [short form]; it has the Crown Seal, indicating it is property of the Crown.
Obtain the CERTIFIED COPY OF AN ENTRY [long form] and you notice it is the Monarch’s Seal, as King or Queen, as one of living man.
It also states it is Crown Copyright. And comes with a Warning: A CERTIFICATE IS NOT EVIDENCE OF IDENTITY.
So why do we use this Certificate to obtain things such as National Insurance Number, Driving Licence, Bank Accounts, Passport etc… When it is not in-fact us?
In rem jurisdiction over a man or woman can only exist if the man or woman is a slave, i.e., property or res (as an object), in which case his or her disposition at law is no different than if he or he were a horse or other goods. See THE ZONG (GREGSON V. GILBERT), 99 E.R. 3:233 (K.B. 1783). In nature, in rem jurisdiction is exercised over men and women by their Creator, exclusively. Governments can therefore gain only a fictional in rem jurisdiction over men by creating various legal devices (personas) for those men to assume limited control of (e.g., citizen, taxpayer, driver, etc.). Since the device is legal fiction, a falsehood made true by force of law, this persona is in-fact a legal object or res. Just as in theatre, the persona (“person”) is separate from the man or woman playing the part; therefore, there may be artificial persons, but not artificial men; natural persons, but not natural men.
Certificate; a paper establishing an ownership claim.
Conversion; is an intentional tort consisting of “taking with the intent of exercising over the chattel an ownership inconsistent with the real owner’s right of possession”.
Feel what it is to be as one of Mankind again...
… it is a right from the Grantor of Dominion (GOD), and is above all else, all man-made laws and rules, and is a right to live free on Earth.
A fiction or perpetuity cannot harm man, nor can it be harmed – but man [alone or] acting a part, as an Officer for a perpetuity can cause harm, damage or loss to another.
Only a woman or man can do a thing, and this may be lawful or unlawful and still be legal – a jury can nullify a legal if it is unlawful. A jury [of one’s peers] is law.
As a perpetuity is a fiction of law it cannot act for it has no being, it acts through its agents, men and women acting as officers, and they are accountable for their actions. They swore an oath and are bound to uphold it.
Statutes, codes, orders, regulations, rules are not law. They are regulations for government authorities only, not human/Creators in accord with God’s Laws. All statutes, codes, orders, regulations, rules are unconstitutional and lacking due process of Law, in that they are void for ambiguity in their failure to specify the statutes, codes, orders, regulations, rules’ applicability to natural persons, otherwise depriving the same of fair notice, as their construction by definition in terms aptly identifies the applicability of such statutes, codes, orders, regulations, rules to artificial or fictional corporate entities or persons, creatures of statute, or those by contract employed as agents or representatives, departmental subdivisions, offices, officers, and property of the government, but not the Natural Person or [Nationality] citizen Immune from such jurisdiction of legalism.

So what can we do?
Some years back if there was an un-resolvable dispute between two or more there would have likely been a duel. As this kind of behaviour is not widely acceptable these days we may write to the other man or woman asking if we did cause harm to them and if they can evidence this then we will offer remedy to them, but if on the other hand they did cause a harm to us we can ask them to evidence they acted lawfully, if they can’t then we can press a claim on them and invite them to open court [trial by jury] to explain how they can lawfully cause a harm to us.
As we no longer duel, we write Notice(s) to the other man or woman as this is a right and means to confront another that did cause us harm.
By doing this we remain in honour at all times, this is very powerful tool and it will get the attention of the recipient, they will realise that they are on the back-foot and most likely have no lawful answer and are accountable as a man or woman. As long as we can convince your fellow man, the jury we have the law on our side.
Remember a State cannot cause harm only a man or woman acting for it can cause harm. We are to hold those who act these parts accountable as one of mankind if they act unlawfully.
A jury is the law and can nullify a legal.

Disspel
Legal and law: any set of rights or wrongs that is know intuitively is law, and should (by rights) be dealt with by a jury especially if there is a debate in consciousness of a thing done.
Legal is written law known as legislation and is there to govern the governors to ensure they govern we the people according to the Bill of Rights 1688 (as a leading ancient act).
Whereas “case law” set by precedent, could be considered law, but this is not held on legislation.gov.uk, so legislation is not law, please read; https://www.legislation.gov.uk/understanding-legislation#Howlegislationworks.
In addition, any agreement made is considered law for those parties concerned.
Crime: a trespass; do not cause harm, damage or loss.
Civil matters; heard in county court or chambers for agreements and trust law (contract a legal “spell” con-tract (area of land)).
Criminal; where there is a presumption of an agreement that has been breached by one of the people (who has allowed himself to be hoodwinked).
